A 3PL provider(s) is being sought to deliver an end-to-end logistics solution that includes program management, procurement of aircraft equipment and supplies using Manufactures Part Numbers, and coordination and execution of transportation for equipment and supplies both domestically and internationally. The arrangement also covers supplier management and the implementation of an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) to give the Government asset visibility on order status.

In addition, the requirement calls for a Quality Program/Quality Assurance system to ensure the airworthiness of components, including component repair, maintenance engineering, fabrication, and qualification testing, along with the logistical and support activities needed to deliver hardware to meet operational and program requirements.
