Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE) has a requirement to modify and install the Thermo-Scientific ABO system. This procurement is being sole-sourced to Thermo Electron North America LLCdue to the proprietary nature of the software and hardware integration within their spectrometer systems.
