THIS IS A FIRM FIXED-PRICE SUPPLY TYPE CONTRACT NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound will be soliciting for THERMAL INSULATION in accordance with solicitation specifications. This acquisition wil be solicited as a 100% TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE firm fixed price supply type contract.
