Printing of The Soldier's Green Book (TP 600-4) requires four covers with different specs: Cover 1 uses four-color process with full bleed; Cover 2 uses four-color process with no bleed; Cover 3 uses four-color process with no bleed; Cover 4 has no file supplied and must print a full-bleed process build for PMS 5415 blue. Both sides of the covers must be laminated with 3 mil gloss laminate for a total thickness of 6 mil, and the laminate must be distortion-free, clear, and legible; flush cuts must not extend the laminate beyond the trim size.

Approximately 179 pages print in black ink and 133 pages print in four-color process; text pages do not bleed. A PDF proof and one set of preproduction samples are required. Delivery must be by traceable means to a single location per the distribution list.
