The FAA anticipates award of one ID/IQ, Time and Material contract with Firm Fixed Price and Cost Reimbursable line items. The contract period of performance is a one year base and four (4) one year option periods. This award will incorporate a transition period of up to 30 days prior to the start of official contract performance. This contract will be awarded inclusive of the base and all options (if exercised). Options will be priced and evaluated for award purposes as a part of the offeror's proposal in accordance with AMS Clause 3.2.4-31 (April 1996).
