Test Equipment Calibration at Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD) W911N225R0023

Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a hybrid, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) and Time-and-Materials/Labor Hour (T&M/LH) service contract to calibrate and repair various pieces of electronic test equipment. A Performance Work Statement will be provided with the solicitation. The period of performance of this contract will include one (1) base year and two (2) option years. The procurement will be 100% set-aside for small business. The 2017 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 811210 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maitenance, the size standard is $34 Million, and the service code is J066 Maint/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment- Instruments and Laboratory Equipment. This will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot. This requirement will utilize Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5. Solicitation number W911N225R0023 will be released on or about 21 August 2025 with a closing date on or about 12 September 2025. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency.
