The pending A0001 Attachment 10 sufficiently works with the Edit, Add Text, and enlarging/sizing text box functionalities within Adobe PDF. A0001 will formally incorporate/amend Attachment 10 PPQ_pending_A0001 to the RFP upon issuance. Government response to all or a portion of RFIs received is targeted for posting tomorrow, 08 Nov 2024. A second RFI post is anticipated 1 Nov 2024. ********************************* The Request for Proposal (RFP) for the subject acquisition, Test Engineering Analysis Services (TEAS), is issued at the attached. TEAS is an 8(a) set-aside requirement, competed as a Best Value Tradeoff Source Selection in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.3. This RFP will result in a Cost-Plus Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost, and CPFF Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) as set forth at Section B. The Period of Performance specifies a thirty (30) day contract Phase-in, eleven (11) month base period, and four, one-year option periods. Offerors shall note, and address requirements at L.3.3.2, as applicable, within seven (7) calendar days of RFP issuance. Offerors may submit Requests for Information (RFIs) up to 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 06 Nov 2024, as set forth at L.1.4.
