The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SOLICITATION for Temporary Chiller Rental at the United States Military Academy (USMA). This requirement is for the rental of three 500-ton trailer-mounted chillers. The estimated period of performance is 15 April 2026 15 October 2026. This requirement will be a 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns under NAICS code 532490 - Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing (size standard $40,000,000) and PSC W041 - Lease or Rental of Equipment Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Air Circulating Equipment. In order to be eligible for award, offerors must be registered as a SDVOSB under the appropriate NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) at SAM.gov. Site visit is scheduled for 10:00am ET on Friday 27 March 2026 . Attendees are instructed to assemble at the MICC-West Point Office located at 681 Rogers Place, First Floor Lobby, West Point, NY 10996.
