MCIEAST Cherry Point Satellite Contracting Office seeks qualified vendors to provide non-personal services for telecommunications service; to execute in accordance with the draft Performance Work Statement provided/ attached. This is a Request for Information (RFI)/ Sources Sought ONLY. There is no solicitation available at this time. The RFI is issued for the sole purpose of conducting Market Research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. This will be issued as a Firm-Fixed Price requirements contract. The intended contract shall be for one (1) twelve (12) month Base Year and four (4) twelve (12) month Option Year periods. The submission of information is for planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any items or services. The information will not be returned, and no compensation will be provided from any response to this announcement. Proprietary information and trade secrets, if any, must be clearly marked. All information received that is marked Proprietary will be handled accordingly. The appliable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 517111 Wired Telecommunications Carriers which has a small business size standard of 1,500 employees. Interested concerns, large and small, should indicate interest and capability to provide tasks identified above to the Contract Specialist (email below), in writing as early as possible, but no later than 10:00 AM (EST) on 17 February 2026. Potential vendors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) in order to be eligible for award, as well as have NAICS 517111 identified in their SAM profile. It is the Government's intention to issue a firm-fixed price contract. The proposed acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 517111. The Government will solicit and award this contract using simplified acquisition procedures. The solicitation, (No. M6700126Q1005) will be posted and made available on the Contract Opportunities site. It is the responsibility of the quoter to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments. Contractors interested in doing business with the Government must be registered with the SAM website accessed through https://sam.gov. Contractor must also ensure annual representations and certifications are current or complete them at the SAM website as well.
