FAR 13.106, Soliciting Competition, Evaluation of Quotations or Offers, Award and Documentation.This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-2, Evaluations of Quotations or Offers. The Government will evaluate quotes using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures. Award will be made to the responsible vendor whose quote:1. Conforms to the solicitation requirements, 2. Is determined to be Technically Acceptable, 3. Receives an Acceptable Past Performance rating, and 4. Offers the Lowest Evaluated Price.
