North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable (333924) to this acquisition must be in vendors SAM registration. EVALUATION AND BASIS OF AWARD ? FAR 13.106, Soliciting Competition, Evaluation of Quotations or Offers, Award and Documentation.This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-2, Evaluations of Quotations or Offers. The Government will evaluate quotes using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures. Award will be made to the responsible vendor whose quote:1. Conforms to the solicitation requirements, 2. Is determined to be Technically Acceptable, 3. Receives an Acceptable Past Performance rating, and 4. Offers the Lowest Evaluated Price. The Government intends to evaluate quotes and make award without further exchanges. Vendors are encouraged to submit their best terms (technical and price) in their initial quote. The Government reserves the right to communicate with vendors to clarify minor or clerical aspects of quotes in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(1).Failure to provide sufficient information for evaluation may result in the quote being determined unacceptable. Evaluation Factors Quotes will be evaluated using the following factors: 1. Technically Acceptability, 2. Past Performance, and 3. Price. Technical Acceptability and Past Performance will be evaluated on an Acceptable/Unacceptable basis. Price will be evaluated for reasonableness and completeness. Award will be made to the lowest priced quote that is determined to be technically acceptable with satisfactory past performance.1.
