The 171st Air Refueling Wing (ARW) intends to utilize this Request for Quote (RFQ), under solicitation number W50S91-25-Q-A008, to award without discussions, a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract for a tactical mesh communications system to be delivered to the 171 ARW, located at 300 Tanker Rd, Coraopolis, PA 15108. The Government intends to award one FFP contract to the responsible Quoter whose quotation represents the Best Value to the Government. Quoters shall complete SF1449 and submit a quotation with the following information: Cover Letter, list of proposed equipment meeting the salient physical, functional, and performance characteristics, and price to include delivery and any applicable fees. Submitted quotations shall be valid for 60 days after the closing date of the RFQ. Basis for Evaluation and Award (Best Value, IAW FAR 13.106-2). Award will be made to the responsible quoter whose quotation represents the best value to the Government, considering price and non-price factors listed. The Government intends to evaluate quotations and make an award without interchanges; therefore, quoters are encouraged to submit their most favorable terms in their initial submission. Evaluation Factors: Technical Acceptability Quoter s ability to meet all salient characteristics and functional requirements. Delivery Schedule Ability to meet or exceed the 60-day installation deadline.
