The contractor shall deliver repaired assets on time and maintain turnaround times for priority backorders (Mission Impaired Capability Awaiting Parts (MICAP) and Surge requirements). Additionally, the contractor shall track and resolve items affected by Quality Deficiency Reports (QDR).
