Ultra-Light Tactical Vehicle (ULTV) Production of Logistics (ULTV-L) and High-Power (ULTV-HP) Variants THIS SYNOPSIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. Program Executive Officer Land Systems (PEO LS), Quantico, VA 22134 intends to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Polaris Government and Defense (G&D), 2100 HWY 55, Medina, MN 55340 (CAGE Code: 3FP69) on a noncompetitive basis. This requirement is estimated for award in the third quarter of Fiscal Year 2026 with an approximate ordering period of 60 months. The anticipated IDIQ contract is to provide the operational forces with ULTV-L and ULTV-HP variants capable of internal transport on MV-22 tilt rotor and CH-53 rotary wing aircraft for employment during littoral operations. This procurement will meet Force Design 2030 priority integration and fielding of systems in accordance with fielding schedules of III Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF), II MEF, supporting establishments, and integrated programs. PEO LS determined that Polaris G&D is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the ULTV-HP variant and the only source with the requisite knowledge, experience, and technical expertise to manufacture the ULTV-L and ULTV-HP within the required scheduled delivery parameters. Polaris G&D is also the only vendor with a current MV-22 internally transportable certification for both the ULTV-L and ULTV-HP. This is a unique United States Marine Corps requirement for the ULTV.
