Invitation for Bids 1. The attached Invitation for Bids (IFB) is intended to result in the award of a firm-fixed-price contract with 100% option for the TANK ASSEMBLY, FABRI, National Stock Number (NSN): 5430-01-547-6348, part no.: 50K FUEL, IPDS. 2. This IFB is a total small business set-aside in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.502-2. 3. There is a Military Performance Specification associated with this procurement: MIL-PRF-32233D. This Specification is distribution code "A", which is approved for public release and distribution is unlimited. Please see Section C.1. TDP Information for instructions on how to access this data. BIDDERS MUST SIGN/RETURN ATTACHMENT 0002: MIL-PRF-32233D ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORM BY THE DATE AND TIME INDICATED FOR RECEIPT OF BIDS OR THEIR BID SUBMISSION WILL BE REJECTED. 4. Bidders are advised to carefully read and understand the entire IFB, including Sections L and M, prior to submitting a bid for evaluation.
