Synopsis For Unrestricted Roadways and Railways Architect-Engineer (AE) MATOC Suite W9128F25RA027

The Government is procuring this contract in accordance with the Brooks A-E Act as implemented in FAR Subpart 36.6 and will select firms for negotiation based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the required work. The services will consist of preparation of studies, analysis, evaluations, design services, and construction support services for roadways and railways and projects that interface with roadways and railways, Worldwide (CONUS/OCONUS). The Government intends to negotiate an award of $179,000,000 in shared capacity, with a target of six (6) indefinite delivery contracts (IDCs). This MATOC will have a five-year base ordering period and no optional periods. Work will be issued by negotiated firm-fixed price task orders. The Government anticipates that future task orders will range from $100,000 to $10,000,000.
