Secure final design of Advanced Electronic Warfare (ADVEW) A-Kits and provide integration support to install ADVEW on production Block III F/A-18E and F/A-18F aircraft equipped with Wide Band Radar. The work covers Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) Integration Design for Lot 26-42A drawings and analysis, designing or redesigning aircraft components necessary to integrate ADVEW on the Super Hornet SLM Block III and Block III Lite configurations.

This effort is sole-source to The Boeing Company, as the OEM maintains the F/A-18 and EA-18G design and drawing packages, and the Government does not possess a complete F/A-18 drawing package with Government Purpose Rights. Other firms should contact Boeing if they are interested in subcontracting opportunities.

This modification will provide the Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) Integration Design for Lot 26-42A Analysis/74R Drawings. The contractor shall perform NRE to design or redesign aircraft components necessary for the integration of ADVEW on the Super Hornet SLM Block III and Block III Lite Aircraft Configurations. This acquisition is being pursued on sole source basis under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C Section 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. TBC is the OEM and maintains the F/A-18 and EA-18G design and drawing packages of all the systems integrated on the Platform. The Government does not own a complete F/A-18 drawing package with Government Purpose Rights. Only TBC possesses the technical data necessary to fulfill the minimum requirement. Companies interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact The Boeing Company attention: Jack Kafoury, Email: jack.m.kafoury@boeing.com.
