NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION (NOPCA) Agency: Department of the Air Force, Air Education and Training Command Location: Laughlin AFB, TX POC: Karina Gloria (830) 298-5768 NAICS Code: 561621 Date: 10 September 2025 Synopsis: The 47th Contracting Squadron at Laughlin AFB intends to award, on a competitive basis limited to Small Businesses, a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order for a badging system project. Based on the non-complex nature of the requirement and its low dollar value, the Government intends to utilize oral solicitations outlined within FAR 13.106-1. A formal solicitation will not be posted on SAM.gov. Compliance with FAR Part 5.101(a)(2): The Government has already identified two or more vendors who are eligible for this requirement. This notice is being posted solely to comply with the requirements of FAR Part 5.101(a)(2).
