From Presolicitation posted on Jan 21, 2026

Based on market research results and continual procurement strategizing, the Government is postponing full and open competitive requirement for the manufacture and repair of the Transmit/Receive Integrated Microwave Module (T/RIMM) and 28V Power Supply Line Replaceable Units (LRU) Assemblies in AN/SPY-6(V). The Government intends to pursue a full and open competition for these items in the future under a new competitive solicitation number still to be determined. However, no timeline has been established. The full and open competition is postponed until a complete and accurate data package can be updated, addressing all questions from Industry. Due to emergent requirements and unacceptable delays until an adequate data package is available, the Government intends to pursue a sole source procurement to meet Warfighter needs. Interested parties should continue to monitor SAM.gov for future opportunities. The Point of Contact for this effort is Shannon Reinhart, e-mail shannon.l.reinhart.civ@us.navy.mil.
