Copies of the redacted Justification and Approval (J&A) have been issued as attachments to the solicitation and are available at the DIBBS website. The solicitation will consist of one NSN: Line Item 0001: NSN: 4130-01-539-6297, COMPRESSOR, REFRIGERATION DLA does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers. This NSN has two approved sources: AM General (CAGE: 34623) Part Number 6027992 and Mobile Climate Control Corp (CAGE: 0VL44) Part Number 4526529. The solicitation issue date will be on or around May 9, 2025 The solicitation will be unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition for an indefinite quantity type contract and does not authorize delivery of any material. The government plans to award a long term Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Contract and the performance period will potentially be five (5) years: a Base Period of two (2) years and three (3) one (1) year options. Pricing is to be submitted for each year of the two (2) year base period and three (3) one (1) year options. The annual estimated quantities and required delivery schedule will be included in the solicitation. FOB Origin terms will apply.
