The following information is provided to assist the NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLC-PS) in conducting market research of Industry to identify potential businesses with current relevant information for SWAGE KIT ASSEMBLY in support of Ship Repair Facility- Japan Regional Maintenance Center Sasebo, Japan. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this proposed competitive procurement is 333991 with a small business standard size of 950 employees. The results of the market research may contribute to future procurement process decisions. No feedback or evaluations will be provided regarding any submissions on the sources sought. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The requirement is for a Swage Kit Assembly. The part number for the material is 56873-00. The swage kit assembly will be used for a Remote Valve Operator for repair onboard a Landing Helicopter Assault (LHA) Vessel. SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS: It is requested that interested businesses capable of providing the Swage Kit Assembly sought submit to the contracting office a brief capabilities statement package demonstrating the ability to perform per the attached contract specifications. The capability package must be complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the firm s qualifications to perform the defined work. The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources because of this synopsis. Respondents will not be notified of the result of the evaluation. A. The documentation shall address, at a minimum, the following: 1) Name and address of firm 2) Data Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number 3) Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code number 4) Year firm was established and number of employees, 5) Name of two principles to contact, including title, email address and telephone number 6) If applicable, Small Business designation/status (e.g., 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Woman Owned Small Business, et cetera). FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION This acquisition will be negotiated on a FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION basis with TRIUMPH CONTROLS LLC, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1utilizing FAR Parts 12 and 13, Commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedure. All responsible sources may submit a response or proposal prior to the offer due date. Any such submissions will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government reserves the right to make this determination at its sole discretion. An award of firm-fixed price supply type contract is anticipated. The solicitation is expected to be posted on SAM.gov on or about 8 December 2025, with quotes due on or about 11 December 2025.
