The safety and active monitoring of research participants inside the device, DRD crew operating outside the device in the hall, and personnel in the near vicinity of the device hall is of the utmost importance. Replace existing cameras and add additional cameras to provide more comprehensive hall coverage. Improved recording capability, digital image quality and system that stays on/operates when the DRD is powered off. The NAICS code for this action is 334310. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items and FAR Subpart 19.5 Small Business Total Set-Asides.
