The Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, New Jersey intends to issue a Small Business Set Aside, Fixed Price contract for the procurement of Common Support Equipment (CSE) and Peculiar Support Equipment (PSE) in support of the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Spanish Armada and Norwegian Defense H-60 Programs. In order to receive a copy of the Technical Data Package and Drawings, a valid DD2345 must be provided to the Point of Contact in this posting. (THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS). The Government will consider all information received prior to the closing date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. There are no commitments by the Government to issue any solicitations, make an award or awards, or to be responsible for any monies expended by any interested parties before award of a contract for the efforts mentioned above.
