The U.S. Embassy, New Delhi, invites quotations for the supply of chemicals and professional services for HVAC water treatment at Enclave plant buildings, in accordance with the scope of work outlined in the solicitation. Site Visit Information Date & Time: February 4, 2026, at 1500 hours (Indian Local Time) Location: Enclave Compound, American Embassy, Gate C , Chandragupta Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi 110021 Security Requirement: Vendors must arrive 15 minutes early for security checks. Identification: Participants must carry an original valid photo ID (Driving License, Passport, Voter ID, or Aadhaar Card). No substitutions will be permitted later. Questions/Clarifications All requests for clarification must be submitted in writing to mehtan@state.gov by 1700 hours on February 2, 2026, using the attached question sheet. Responses will be posted on the website and shared with interested contractors. No questions will be accepted after February 2, 2026.
