The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit on July 24, 2025, at 1100 hours (India Time), at American Embassy, Gate-7, Nyay Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi 110021, India. Prospective offerors who desire to participate in the site visit should send their interest to ChellaramaniA@state.gov no later than 1700 hrs. (India Time) July 22, 2025. All requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via E-mail to ChellaramaniA@state.gov by 1700 hrs. (India Time) July 26, 2025. Responses shall be provided to all contractors who showed their interest in doing business with USG. No questions shall be answered received after 1700 hrs. (India Time) July 26, 2025. Quotations are due by 1700 hrs. (India Time) of August 1, 2025. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to Newdelhibids@state.gov with the subject line Solicitation No. 191N6525Q0120 for SITC of 100kW UPS . The file size must not exceed 10MB. If the file size exceeds 10MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 10MB each. No quotations shall be accepted after 1700 hrs. (India Time) of August 1, 2025. Quotations must be in English. Incomplete quotations will not be accepted. Quotation submitted to any other e-mail ID other than Newdelhibids@state.gov shall be rejected and dealt in accordance with FAR provision 52.215-1. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Proof of SAM Registration Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102.
