This notice contains the Sole Source Justification. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A SOLICITATION. The solicitation will not be made available through the GPE. In order to obtain the solicitation, a responsible source must email the primary point of contact identified in this notice No Later Than 08 May 2026, 11:00AM Central Time.
