No solicitation package is available and telephone request will not be honored. The Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC), Contracting Department, San Diego CA, 92155 intends to solicitate and award Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order to D3 Diving for the procurement of SUEX NERO Dive Propulsion Device Parts.
