The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote, with the intent of awarding a base + four (4) option years, firm-fixed price contract for Recreation Fee Attendant Services at R. L. Schafer Dam, Success Lake, in Tulare County, California. Project Description: This requirement is for recreation attendant services at R. L. Schafer Dam, Success Lake, which requires a contractor to register visitors, collecting and depositing fees, and conducting walk throughs of the location daily. This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 561990 All other support services. The size standard is $16.5 Million. Product Service Code is M1PA Operation of Recreation Facilities (non-building). The solicitation will proceed as a 100% small business set aside and is estimated to be issued on or about 20 Jan 2026 with quotes due tentatively on 19 February 2026 @ 11:00 AM Pacific Time. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation.
