Summary

AI-generated · Jan 23, 2026

Implement a subscription-based television system across all Phoenix Area Service Units to deliver unique, culturally relevant health education video programming for American Indians and Alaska Natives. The content should connect AI/AN patients, visitors, and staff to critical health information, local programs, and services in community settings, with programming that is uplifting, empowering, and appropriate for a broad AI/AN audience. Focus areas include wellness, prevention, and health promotion that can be shared and applied in real-world settings.

The system must enable timely sharing of messaging related to each service unit’s health information needs, events, closures, public health notices, and other community information as deemed necessary by the Phoenix Area IHS. See the Statement of Work for details. Respondents should demonstrate the capability to deploy and sustain a subscription-based platform across multiple sites, including content management and timely health messaging, to support the market research and acquisition planning process.

Note: Responses that do not address the information requested or do not demonstrate relevant capabilities may not be considered sufficient for the purposes of market research or determining the appropriate acquisition strategy (e.g., ISBEE, small business set-aside). The objective of this requirement is the implementation of a subscription-based television system across all Phoenix Area Service Units that provides unique, culturally relevant health education video programming. The system shall be designed to connect American Indians and Alaska Natives (AI/AN) to critical health education information, local programs, and services available in community settings throughout the Phoenix Area. The subscription-based television system shall encourage viewer engagement through culturally reflected, community-connected programming that is uplifting, empowering, and appropriate for a broad AI/AN audience. The system must also allow for the timely sharing of messaging related to each service unit s health information needs, events, closures, public health notices, and other community information as deemed necessary by the Phoenix Area IHS. See Statement of Work (SOW) for more information
