The Contractor shall provide annual preventive maintenance, calibration, and remedial service (repairs required outside scope of annual preventative maintenance), to include an inspection report of work performed. The contractor shall have all required technical manuals, must be able to perform all work in-compliance with the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) technical specifications and in accordance with this PWS. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance; size standard for this NAICS is $12,500,000.00. Product Service Code is J049 - Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Equipment: Maintenance and Repair Shop Equipment. The anticipated period of performance for the base year is 12 January 2026 to 11 January 2027. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.
