Section C: Technical Capability and Approach: A high-level overview of your company's technical approach to fulfilling the requirements, including your methodology for workshop facilitation and knowledge transfer ("train-the-trainer"). A description of the type of collaborative software tool your company would propose to meet the functional requirements of PWS Section 5.4. Section D: Feedback on Draft PWS (Optional): The Government welcomes feedback on the draft PWS.
