NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound, in support of SRF Japan, is negotiating on a firm fixed price SUPPLY - type contract: FOR THE PURCHASE OF 2090 STOWAGE EQUIPMENT. DRAWINGS ARE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST. FOR ULTIMATE SHIPPING TO JAPAN WITH A PAID SHIPPING LABEL SYSTEM. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 8/5/2025 with a closing date of on or about 08/12/2025. Anticipated DELIVERY OR POP is 09/15/2025. Requirement is being procured using FAR part 12 and 13 procedures. This submission will be posted to the SAM.GOV website for electronic submission of proposals/quotes. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to the offer due date. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. This requirement is for a 100% Small Business Set Aside for STOWAGE EQUIPMENT. The final destination is Yokosuka, Japan. ***NO PARTS WILL SHIP TO BREMERTON, WASHINGTON***. If your business entity is submitting a quote, please specify the following: -The Manufacturer -The country of origin (COO) -After Receipt of Order (ARO), also known as the estimated time or arrival -Confirm that the part will ship to Yokosuka, Japan and not Bremerton, Washington. NAVSUP WSS Transportation will work with the contractor to coordinate shipping. -Provide all pertinent specifications or equal to specifications if applicable. NAVSUP WSS Transportation is at no cost to the Contractor and is mandatory according to page 3 of the solicitation. However, if additional fees such as tariffs, duties, taxes, and customs apply, please include in the line item(s) of the requirement.
