This Sources Sought Synopsis (SSN)/Request for Information (RFI) is in support of market research to identify potential vendors capable of repairing the existing failed storm water and sanitary sewer systems on USAG Italy s Caserma Miotto located in Longare, Vicenza. Works consist of removing failed piping and installing new piping, constructing a new lamination tank within Comune di Longare property, and installing a turf field on top of the lamination tank. In addition, the offeror will be required to perform various naturalistic engineering works such as repairing and stabilizing hillsides experiencing landslides and retention pond construction with natural elements to include wood, sloped and impervious areas. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an indication that a contractual commitment will exist for this requirement. Information submitted in response to this notice will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition. The government does not intend to award a contract based on this market research, and respondents will not be notified of the results of the evaluation. Project Details The U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Italy is seeking potential sources capable of repairing existing failed storm water and sanitary sewer systems on Caserma Miotto in Longare, Vicenza. The Contractor shall perform services in accordance with the draft statement of Work (SOW) included in this SSN/RFI. 1. Magnitude of Construction: Between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000 2. Performance Period: The Government is considering a contract duration of approximately three (3) years, with an anticipated start date in September 2026. 3. Anticipated Contract Type: Firm-Fixed-Price Requested Information from Interested Parties Interested parties are requested to submit a capabilities statement that addresses the following questions.
