The Government also reserves the right to award more than one contract or not to award a contract in response to this solicitation. The basis of award will be in accordance with MMAR Part 15.101-2, Lowest price technically acceptable source selection process. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-price factors and upon prices being determined fair and reasonable.
