This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Synopsis and Request for Information (RFI) to afford industry an opportunity to provide information regarding their capabilities to provide commercial items and services. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ) or an Invitation for Bid (IFB), nor is it to be construed as a commitment by the U.S. Government to form a binding contract. Parties that respond will not be paid for the information submitted. The Air Force is hereby requesting capability statements and other information from interested sources. General Information: The USAF TPS at the Air Force Test Center at Edwards AFB, CA is in the process of determining the acquisition strategy to obtain information from potential eligible and interested contractors to provide 2 x three-degrees -of-freedom-(3DOF) gyroscopes and the associated hardware and licensing in support of the Space Test Course Laboratory. The AFTC anticipates awarding a contract under the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334516 with a standard size of 1,000 employees and a Product Service Code (PSC) of 6650. System for Award Management (Sam.gov) registration is mandatory for this contract (see SAM.gov website at(https://sam.gov/content/home). Responses will contribute to the Market Research Report as part of the acquisition strategy development process. Sources responding are invited to provide input and recommendations concerning contract type, contract clauses, and other aspects of the acquisition and anything else that may help to develop an efficient and effective acquisition strategy. If sufficient responsible and capable sources are identified, a formal RFQ will be posted on SAM.gov. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR 13) will be used for requirement. (ii) Solicitation Number: F1STAB6051A001 **Please provide the full solicitation number on all packages** Interested parties who believe they can meet all the requirements for the items described in this synopsis are invited to submit, in writing, a complete quote. Offerors are required to submit with their quote enough information for the Government to evaluate the requirements detailed in this combined synopsis/solicitation. Offerors shall submit quotes via email, please note the maximum file size is 10MB. Emails over this file size will not be received. Submit only written offers; oral offers will not be accepted. Delivery is requested by 31 March 2026 (vii) Quote submission shall be in accordance with FAR clause 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items (Sep 2023) and Addenda to FAR 52.212-1 Quote Preparation Instructions. (viii) ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-1 Quote Preparation Timely and equitable evaluation of the quote, the offeror must follow instructions contained herein. The quote must be complete, self-sufficient, and respond directly to the requirements of this solicitation. The contracting officer has determined there is a high probability of adequate price competition in the acquisition.
