After the award of contract, a pre-conference will be held prior to starting the work at Coast Guard Station Houston. All work is to be completed in accordance with the SOW. This will be a firm-fixed priced purchase order awarded to the lowest reasonable price technically acceptable bidder. This is a set aside 100% for small business.
