The currently installed dock is non-serviceable and cannot be utilized due to excessive corrosion. The floatation devices coupled with marine growth have caused the pier to lay skew. Several connections no longer service the pier and those elements that do service the pier are to the end of their service life. Exterior brow needs to be replaced. The brow for the dock is no longer serviceable and cannot aid anyone safely in passing to the floating dock. Brown needs to be fabricated to be replaced.
