The purpose of this effort is to obtain the services and expertise necessary for the operation and management of the DoD STARBASE Program at Patrick Space Force Base (PSFB), Florida. The Contractor shall provide all services for the management and operation of the STARBASE program in accordance with the PWS. This is set-aside for NON-PROFIT only. The contractor shall provide official documentation verifying its nonprofit status. Acceptable documentation includes a valid IRS determination letter recognizing tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) or other applicable section of the Internal Revenue Code. The contractor shall also submit any applicable state-level documentation confirming nonprofit registration and standing. All quotes must be submitted in PDF or Word format. NO telephone inquires will be permitted.
