This acquisition is being conducted using full and open competition. DESCRIPTION The US Geological Survey (USGS), Oregon Water Science Center (ORWSC) of Portland, OR, requires satellite communication services for SPOT devices as described in the attached Statement of Work. The USGS requires a base year plus one option year. RELEVANT INFORMATION The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 517410 Satellite Telecommunications, and associated size standard $44 million applies to this announcement, along with Product Service Code DE11 IT and Telecom - Mobile Device as a Service. Service plans MUST provide coverage across the entire state of Oregon in both urban and remote settings.
