Spokane Office Remodel - Fire Cubicles; Spokane, WA; BLM Spokane District The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to solicit one (1) firm fixed price commercial items brand name supply requirement for Herman Miller A02 Office Workstation Parts and Installation located at the Spokane District BLM Office, Spokane, WA, as a single source to Contract Design Associates, Inc - Spokane, as the only reasonable source available pursuant to FAR subpart 13-106(b). The procedures in FAR subpart 13.5 will be used in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901. The Spokane District Office is currently furnished with Herman Miller AO2 Office Workstation Parts and has some excess available for the renovation. This renovation requires that the cubicles installed match the ones currently installed in this office. Currently the only available Herman Miller retailer and installer in the Spokane area is Contract Design Associates. The performance period is from date of award, or 08/01/2025, through 11/30/2025. The NAICS code is 337214 - Modular furniture systems (except wood frame), office type, manufacturing; and the small business size standard is 1,100 employees.
