Expansion of the spinal cord injury department in Seattle to create a new physical, occupational, and recreational therapy gym space, including a transitional living apartment to rehabilitate patients and practice living in a residential environment. The goal is to provide integrated therapy facilities and a realistic living setting to support rehabilitation and daily living skills.

The project will also include staff offices and equipment storage to facilitate convenient and efficient operation of the gym. This is a Sources Sought notice to determine industry capability and interest for a minor construction effort associated with this expansion.
