The solicitation is fully competitive. This acquisition will be Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract. The proposed procurement will support Customer Direct. This solicitation will be issued with the intention of awarding Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), with post-award competition of delivery orders. Resultant contracts will be Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity. The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation. Resultant contract will have a five (5) year base period. The contract will not exceed five (5) years. The anticipated contract maximum is $985 Million. The Government intends to issue award(s) to the responsible vendor(s) whose offer conforms to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the solicitation. Delivery will be F.O.B. Destination. . This is NOT a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote, or Invitation for Bid. The Government is in no way obligated to purchase any material as a result of this notice. The estimated release date of the solicitation is November 3, 2025. This date is subject to change. All responsible sources will be able to submit a proposal which will be considered by DLA Troop Support.
