DELIVERY NOTICE REQUIREMENTS The contractor shall provide the delivery location POC s with an estimated delivery schedule 30 days before delivery of any containers. Call the Delivery POC at least 24 hours prior to shipment to confirm delivery instructions. QUOTE SUBMISSION When published, the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) electronic upload is the sole method of quote submission for SPE8ED-26-Q-0006. A copy of the solicitation will be made available via DIBBS, https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil./ DIBBS is a web-based application that provides the capability to search for, view, and submit secure quotes for Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) items of supply. Mailed offers, e-mailed offers, hand-carried offers and facsimile offers are NOT authorized for receipt of initial proposals.
