NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD Spare & Replacement Parts for Non-Sequential Large Examination and Printing Equipment (NS-LEPE), Super Simultan (SUSI) Presses, and Nickel Scrubber. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Office of Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO) intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract on behalf of the Office of Supply Chain Management. The contract will procure the following items utilizing a Justification and Approval in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 13.106.1(b): Seven (7) each - Cylinder, Hydraulic, KBA P/N L5771450 Three (3) each- Pump, 480V- 60Hz, Submersible, KBA P/N 1002525265 Three (3) each - Motor, 18.5Kw, Fan Motor, KBA P/N 1002525266 Three (3) each - Computer Preloaded with Software K&B P/N - SK651022, SAP 1001489171 Three (3) each - Pump, Centrifugal, KBA P/N 1002525269 The intended contractor is Koeng & Bauer. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive offers/quotes/proposals. A determination not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
