Request for Information (RFI) National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Southside Natural Gas 80NSSC25Q7020 The National Aeronautics and Space Administration s (NASA) Shared Services Center (NSSC) is hereby soliciting information from potential sources for the southside natural gas pipeline. Purpose: NASA/NSSC is seeking capabilities from industry to conduct market research and determine the interest and feasibility. This RFI notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes, it does not constitute a solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. This RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. NASA is not, at this time, seeking proposals or quotes and will not accept unsolicited proposals or quotes. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested vendor s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, if any is issued. Any information submitted by respondents to this RFI is strictly voluntary. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned. Description: NASA NSSC is seeking potential sources and information related to a possible acquisition supply natural gas located on the southside of Stennis Space Center, MS. Products: Under contract, the Contractor shall provide the following products: The contractor shall deliver uninterruptible natural gas (Gas) supplies to the existing metering station of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration' s John C. Stennis Space Center, Stennis Space Center (SSC), MS. Point of Delivery: The point of delivery of natural gas shall be the North Fee Area Boundary of SSC (Station Location Number - 2568) and one additional Station Location Number to be determined at a later date. Note: NASA intends to include FAR 52.116-2 Economic Price Adjustments Standard Supplies in the potential Request for Quotation (RFQ) and contract that results from this RFI due to the price volatility of components used to manufacture these requirements. Pipeline Agreement: The Successful Offeror must have a current transportation agreement with Gulf South Pipeline Company, LP, owner of the pipeline. Additionally, the Successful Offeror shall include if their monthly invoice to NASA, the applicable charges from Gulf South Pipeline Company, LP per the agreement. The Successful Offeror shall develop their own transportation usage agreement with Gulf South Pipeline Company, LP which shall be maintained throughout the entire period of performance of the contract to ensure uninterrupted service. Additionally, the successful Offeror shall provide the Contracting Officer with a copy of the most current agreement on an annual basis as well as maintain a current copy for their files throughout the performance of the contract.
