Identify vendors capable of providing into-plane fueling services and reserve Jet A-1 fuel storage at Cairns International Airport (YBCS), Australia, to support a future firm-fixed-price contract with economic price adjustment. The requirement covers ramp-side aircraft fueling (into-plane) and a reserve storage capacity of 1,000,000 gallons for fueling needs and 2,000,000 gallons in reserve storage, with emphasis on existing infrastructure, scalability for surge operations, and equipment that can shorten turnaround times.

Responses will be used for market research to assess capability, readiness, financial responsibility, and compliance with regulatory, safety, and airport authority requirements, with a potential pre-award survey for those deemed capable. Submissions are voluntary and will inform competitiveness; capability statements should demonstrate how competition would be advantageous and may highlight value-added capabilities such as non-construction-based capacity, rapid deployment, and enhanced throughput.
