Maintenance includes inspections, testing, routine service, and preventive maintenance for automatic doors across multiple facilities, performed to current industry standards and codes (NFPA, ANSI/BHMA A156.10) and manufacturer recommendations. This market research may lead to a competitive procurement or small-business set-aside; this notice is not a quote/RFP/IFB and does not guarantee a contract. Respondents should submit a capabilities statement indicating interest as a prime or subcontractor, relevant past performance, certifications, and how they would meet the requirement.
