The covers must extend down to the adjacent conex boxes on both sides (conex: 20 ft long by 8 ft 4 in high; rig spans about 36 ft across) and withstand South Texas weather (wind, rain, UV) without compromising the existing rig’s structural integrity.

Respondents should include company name, UEI number, email, and physical address, and indicate ability to supply materials and perform installation, plus whether they are a GSA vendor (with contract number if applicable). Provide evidence of experience with modifying, attaching, or covering BeaverFit containerized fitness solutions or similar rigs; suggest materials suitable for longevity in the climate (e.g., heavy-duty vinyl, rigid panels, wind-rated mesh); explain how the cover would attach to the rig and conex boxes (drilling or welding implications for coatings or warranties); provide estimated lead time for fabrication and installation; and state whether a formal site visit is required or if photos and existing dimensions suffice.
