Purpose This is a sources sought synopsis in support of Market Research being conducted by the United States Air Force to identify potential sources for non-personnel services contract to provide a Rockwell Sabreliner aircraft, along with a qualified Sabreliner flight instructor(s), for Qualitative Evaluation (QE) flights at the US Air Force (USAF) Test Pilot School (TPS) . 2. Requirement The contractor will be required to provide TPS students and staff with Sabreliner training flights for approximately 1.0 - 2.0 hours per flight. Actual flight hours and/or block times (which includes ground operation) may vary depending on mission profile flown. Additinally, the contractor will be required to use the Sabreliner in support of TPS Test Management Projects (TMPs). TMPs are team-based training events that are ongoing through the second semester of the TPS curriculum. For further details, please see the atatched statement of work (SOW). 3.
