PURPOSE The Indian Health Service (IHS), Albuquerque Area Office, is conducting market research to identify qualified Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) capable of providing comprehensive recruitment video production services for the Jicarilla Service Unit (JSU). This Sources Sought is issued solely for informational and planning purposes. It does not constitute a solicitation, commitment, or guarantee of future contract award. 2. CASCADING SET ASIDE STRUCTURE (MARKET RESEARCH) IHS is utilizing a Cascading Set-Aside approach in accordance with IHS acquisition policies and applicable FAR guidance. Market research is being conducted in the following order of precedence: 1. Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) 2. Indian Economic Enterprises (IEEs) 3. Small Business (SB) concerns 4.
