The United States (U.S.) Army Contracting Command-New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the Office of the Project Manager, Close Combat Systems (PM CCS), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means of conducting market research. The results of this market research will be used to establish the acquisition strategy and method of procurement for potential future requirements. The U.S. Government (USG) is seeking to identify potential sources interested in and possessing the industry technologies to support/provide the production, manufacturing, assembly, inspection, testing, packaging, shipping, and delivery of Volcano Mine Canisters (M87A1, M88 and M89) compatible with the M139 Mine Dispenser (Volcano). NOTE: Any potential procurement for the above listed items may include Engineering Services. Interested sources that prefer to produce one or any combination of M87A1, M88, M89, are encouraged to respond. The USG anticipates meeting this requirement through one or more five-year, Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity type contract(s) awarded for the procurements of Volcano Mine Canisters (M87A1, M88 & M89), and Engineering Services.
